Pastor Micah Smith serves as the pastor of First Baptist Church of Greater Rochester, leading the congregation into a new chapter of ministry while honoring the rich heritage of this historic church.
Micah has a passion for teaching God's Word, strengthening believers, and helping people discover the hope and transformation found through Jesus Christ. As a bi-vocational pastor, he understands the importance of living out faith not only within the walls of the church but also in everyday life, families, workplaces, and the community.
With a heart for people and a commitment to Scripture, Pastor Micah desires to see First Baptist Church continue to be a place where people encounter God's truth, experience genuine fellowship, and grow together as followers of Christ.
He and his family are grateful for the opportunity to serve this congregation and the greater Rochester community.
